2/10 Poor

Mattress is in very bad conditions, we got allergy from mattress Staff is poor and not understand english as well they dont do cleaning We request many time to change bedsheets and towels but in 7 days they just make ot only for 1 timw. They don't cancel our booking we paid full amount in advance we can't change the hotel and room but the experience is too bad. Only breakfast is good. I should have to say very poor experience, poor management and very bad choice. They totally ruined our tour. As we got allergy and they they dont do cleaning on time toilet was bad, dirty and leakage we report it many days but no one care.
