This is an appartment in an appartment building with real people. Not fancy at all, and somewhat battered, but functional. I would have given 3 stars, but smelled of tobacco. Also, no door chain or physical lock.

It was so dirty that we left immediately. The room is on a floor where people actually live, the name is of the wider building. The smell was horrendous, hairs in the bed, even the toilet roll was dirty. We text "reception" (someone's own room) and asked for an alternative and didn't get a response. 30 minutes later we went to "reception" and asked for money back as we had booked another hotel and were refused. Avoid completely.
