Overpriced for the overall condition of this place - had a seedy quality and hate to say it but the some of the characters staying there seemed a bit sketchy and concerning- especially as a female traveling alone. But it was adequate and overall location was good.

The room was without a doubt the worst room I have ever been in. I have been fortunate enough to stayed in many hotels/motels around the USA and the world. none have been as poorly maintained as the Park Motel in Tampa Fl. We were only in the room for approximately 20 minutes before leaving and finding other accommodations. I have photos to document the condition of the room. Paint peeling off the ceiling acoustic panels in the bathroom bowed and dis-colored from rain damage rust on the fixtures, writing on the walls, I believe I should receive a full refund. Many thanks John W. Johns
