This hotel is a hidden gem. Yes it could use some updates but beds were very comfortable. Big fluffy pillows. Microwave, fridge all clean. Didn't need housekeeping for a weekend trip but front desk staff so nice. Overall very pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again.

Very conveniently located in Williamsburg, approx. 10-15 minutes away from Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. It is located on Richmond Road which has many diverse options for food, attractions, and shopping. This hotel is dog-friendly with lots of grassy areas to use. Our room was very clean and I felt safe staying here for the weekend. I would definitely book here again!

Highly recommend this property. Dont pass it by because its not a national chain. Its and easy walk to Govenors Mansion. Many restaurants within walking distance. Large clean rooms. Did have a pool but didnt try it out.

Owner Jay is very nice and easy to work with. The location is fantastic! This hotel is pet friendly so that's a bonus in our book! Bed was comfortable, only drawback is bathroom is small with not much space for your toiletries but it certainly isn't a deal breaker. Very clean room. We stayed in a king room. I'd definitely book here again next time we're visiting the area.

The price was excellent and worked especially well since we were looking for a place that was simple, mainly a place to rest and sleep at night. Great stay!! I was in Williamsburg for five nights. Completely renovated and updated detached cottage-like facilities with multiple rooms that open directly to the outside (similar to a motel). I was travelling solo, with not a need for space, and the room was the perfect size. I had a king sized bed and with two bed-side stands, dresser, small table/chairs, and small fridge, that was the whole room. Bathroom had a nice stand-in shower and sink and the decor had an old Victorian feel. Coffee was basic and free at the manager's desk and food available for a minimal price. No room to eat - must bring back to own room. Coffee in the room was basic. Pool is available and is small and basic, but, did not have time to swim.
