Simple, no frills room.

A 30min walk from the HBF, or a 5min tram, location is fine, easy to find, small room, which is all that was required, shared bathroom, although there was a sink in the room, the taps didn't work, asked for them to be looked at, but nothing appeared to be done. Tv in room, wifi was great, staff were helpful and kind, lending me a kettle and cutlery. Supermarket and bakery within a minutes walk.

The place is a bit basic. The roomsize not realy hotelstandart more like a cheap pension.Sink in the room no hot water. Bathroom door has no lock . Trams passing shake the whole building. In the morning around 8am reception closed and nobody answered the phone.

Aamiainen oli alakerran kahvilassa loistava. Sijainti on hyvä (1-2 km keskustasta, raitiovaunupysäkki vieressä, kauppoja ja kahviloita lähellä). Huoneet kaipaavat remontointia, kokolattiamatto nuhruinen ja sänky huono.

Not again in this hotel

The hotel is not 3-star hotel according to German standard. Service is impolite. Breakfast is in other building and poor.

A bit disappointing

Upon arrival I had to call to get the code for a number box to get the key. Our room where right in front of a tram which we could hear throughout the night. The madras wasn’t great, you could feel the springs in it. WiFi connection was really bad. The room was clean, although a bit outdated. No complains about towels or lining.
