We arrived before 2 pm hoping for a chance to check in early. The front staff kept asking us to sit down and help ourselves to water. This took place for about 15 minutes only to tell us that our check time was 2 pm. We were fine with the noted 2 pm check in time but would've preferred they told us when we first arrived as opposed to trying to buy time. The space was clean and worked for us for the time that we were there and it was perfectly located. We did wish that the pool was not street level though. Staff was attentive during our stay but looking back, the price point was quite high.
