The place is nice. The location is good. It has air conditioning. The amenities are minimal: No hand soap on the bathroom sinks, not enough shower gel and shampoo in the showers, no available bed linens for the sofa beds. The service is very slow and it may take 24 hrs for you to get the toiletries and needed linens. There is a leak in the roof when raining, The kitchen has no rags. It worked well for a family with two adults and four children, but the sofa beds are not designed for adults.

Excelente departamento familiar fuimos 5 y todo muy bien, lo único que le faltó al Depa fue un trapeador y más bolsitas para la basura, hay hay en fuera todo excelente y las vistas super. 100% recomendado.

La zona es muy buena y el departamento es lindo, pero lamentablemente nos llevamos la desagradable sorpresa de que estaba sucio. Quién sabe cuándo fue la última vez que lo limpiaron; incluso al entrar al depa olía mucho a pipi, cuando entramos al primer baño estaba sucio. El check in fue un dolor de cabeza porque las instrucciones no te las envían con tiempo y perdimos mucho tiempo en eso. Y el check out no lo respetan, pues en la app de Hoteles dice que es a las 3 pm y la persona del departamento nos dijo que a las 11 am.
