O hotel é maravilhoso! Uma quadra e meia do mar, alguns metros da melhor parte para ficar com crianças, aonde se formam as piscinas naturais. Ficamos no décimo andar, tudo novinho, o quarto é pequeno, mas não atrapalhou em nada. Tinha secador de cabelos, shampoo e sabonete líquido. No décimo andar também tinha uma passadeiria, que eu adorei, tinha spray para as roupas e ferro de passar. No térreo tem uma mini copa, com microondas, chaleira elétrica e um fogareiro. O café da manhã é ótimo, e tem tapioca e omelete feitos na hora, que são uma delícia! Há umas duas quadras atrás do hotel, tem um mercado, farmácia e um MC Donald's. Enfim, vale muito a pena, o hotel é ótimo, nós amamos nossa estadia de uma semana.

Hotel com ótimo custo benefício, café da manhã simples mais suficiente para o desjejum, ótima limpeza do quarto, toalhas e roupas de cama. Acredito que se pensar em grande economia vale muito a pena ficar nesse hotel, detalhe não tem como pagar barato e ter expectativas de hoteis 5 estrelas. Mais nesse caso o barato compensa.

Quarto limpo, porém na hora da reserva fiz pra um quarto family room pois estávamos em 4 pessoas e nos colocaram em um quarto q parecia uma caixa de sapato. Fui falar na recepção q queria o quarto q eu reservei ( que estava na foto) e eles se enrolaram todo pra explicar. Só não fui embora pq estava muito cansada! Café da manhã perfeito!!!

Tive um prejuízo grande com o hotel. Reservei um quarto quádruplo para 3 adultos, uma criança de 11 anos e minha filha de 1 ano e meio. O hotel considerou minha filha como hóspede pagante. Tô e que pagar outro quarto individual e fiquei separado da minha família. Uma experiência triste com este hotel. Além disso, quando chegamos no hotel, a reserva não estava confirmada e passamos horas no saguão. Prejuízo, raiva e descaso.

Gostei da experiência de hospedagem nesse hotel, os funcionários são excelentes! O café da manhã é muito bom também, frutas frescas e grande variedade de opções. Já o almoço não agradou, a comida estava sem tempero, e pelo valor eu esperava mais. O serviço de quarto era razoável, pois a limpeza deixava a desejar, infelizmente. A localização do hotel é muito boa e de fácil acesso a restaurantes, mercados, farmácias e apenas 1 quarteirão da praia. Mas as instalações do hotel estão precisando de manutenção, pois são muito antigas e mostram bastante sinais de desgaste pelo uso (prédio e móveis). Os elevadores são antigos também, muito lentos e pequenos. O corredor do andar que me hospedei ficava com mau cheiro e não era possível identificar a origem, era bastante desagradável. Na piscina não tem espreguiçadeira para tomar sol, embora o sol pegue muito pouco devido aos prédios vizinhos fazer sombra na maior parte do dia.
