Everything was OK until the staff told us that there was a marriage going to happen soon and that we gonna have to support a little noise until 2 am. And probably some limitations on the wet areas, that was solved no problem. Aside of this the experience was fine but the compensation only include us a late check out and the breakfast.

The hotel was beautiful! I went for my cousins wedding as my family is all from Ecuador, and they held their reception at the hotel. The service was fantastic, the rooms were clean and big, the shower has great water pressure, the pool was large and beautiful…everything was fantastic. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed!
