Great Customer Service. You can connect with them via WhatsApp. Good location as most of the GetYourGuide tours starts from Las Ventas which is on walking distance from the apartment. Metro stop Ventas is also nearby that takes you directly to down town statio Sol.

Amazing apartment in a very quiet area of Madrid and not far from 2 major metro stations to gain access to tourist attractions and shopping areas. The apartment was very clean and easy to check into. We were met by a lovely gentleman Jhonathan who helped settle us into the apartment. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a trip to Madrid you will not be disappointed. We are planning on going again in November.
