It is an adequate hotel for an overnight airport stay. The early morning shuttle was prompt. Very basic room. The shower had almost zero pressure! The receptionist was helpful and gave us hot water to make tea in our room.

Hotel was very convenient. The property has just opened and is making its learning curve tweaks as they receive guests. Room was very comfortable. A bit stark. It could use one piece of artwork. :) Overall, this is a terrific option for those with really early morning departures.

One night stay before an early morning flight. Location excellent. Check in paid cash had to ask for my receipt and change. Told that morning shuttle did not start operating until 7:00 am but taxi to airport was 200 pesos. (FYI: Uber only 50 pesos to 100 pesos to airport). New hotel but they are now beyond 2 months from opening and these issues should be fixed by now. Has potential but for the price a cold shower and no internet doesn’t cut it.

This is a brand new hotel so I’d like to cut it some slack, but in order to improve this property they will have to add several very basic items under the category of “amenities”. This hotel is very basic. The rooms are extremely bland, with furniture looks like it is 1970’s IKEA plywood. No complaints about the bed, which was fairly comfortable with crisp white sheets. There is no mini-fridge, no coffee maker, no cups or glasses, no comfy chair, no full length mirror. There is no coffee in the lobby, either, if you have an early departure. The restaurant opens at 7am but I was on my flight by then. I don’t mind a basic hotel if the price reflects what is offered. Unfortunately, this hotel is quite expensive by Mexican standards. This is because it’s the only hotel close to the QRO airport and the next closest hotel is more than 20 minutes away. There’s no competition so they can charge what they want. On the plus side, the front desk staff was super friendly and the airport shuttle appears to run 24 hours a day

Very convenient to the airport. Clean. Everything is new. On-site restaurant. Wi-Fi is decent. However, there are some negatives also. First, the shuttle is a joke. You cannot get the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, only from the hotel to the airport. Multiple staff confirmed this. Plus, the shuttle only starts at 7am, so it's useless for early morning flights. Also, the doors from the hallway into the room have zero insulation, so you can hear everything in the hallway, which is bad if you want to sleep early because you have an early morning flight. The shower takes an extremely long time to get hot water. Staff members are friendly, and the restaurant has a fair number of options, but prices are much higher than they should be - probably because you don't have any other options nearby so they can charge whatever $$ they want. As far as airport hotels, it's ok, but there are definitely areas for improvement with the shower, the shuttle, noise, and price-gouging.
