I would not recommend booking The Face Suites. The mattress was in poor condition, and I could feel the metal springs while sleeping. It was extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. The service was absolutely terrible. They did not seem to care about their visitors and appeared to care only about money. The apartment was in an extremely poor condition, dirty, and not properly cleaned. The air conditioning was not working, and when I reported the problem, I was told that I had to call the company myself to arrange for someone to come and fix it. I expected everything to be in working order when I arrived, not to have to arrange repairs myself. No mugs or cups were provided, and some members of staff also had a bad attitude. I was extremely shocked and disappointed. My daughter suffers from asthma, and I informed them about this before we arrived, but they did not seem to care at all. Overall, I would not recommend booking this place. The apartment and service were extremely disappointing. Do not book here.

場所、立地、部屋、ファミリー向けの広さ、インフィニティプール、ジム(スニーカーないとガードマンに注意されます),花火が見えて想像以上にとても良かったです。 客層も子連れファミリーがかなり多かったので、子連れにピッタリです。 残念な点をカバーできるか？？くらい良かったです その本当に残念だったところは 初めてのマレーシアだったのもあり まず、名前のわかりずらさ。ここは民泊のオリジナル？の名前で記載のため、Googleで検索すると住所しか出てこないため、なんとかタクシーで到着しても名称で探せずわかりずらかった。 (実際にはプラチナムという本当はわかりやすい超高層ビルで、何社かホテルが混ざっている感じでしたが、当日のホテルズドットコムとのチャットで教えてもらった) 注意書きにフロントがないので、チェックイン72時間前までにメールか電話とあり、ホテルズドットコムにある連絡先からメールしても、チェックイン時間過ぎた頃メールがきて、着いたら電話してとありましたが、海外の電話が使えるe SIMではないし、日本の電話で高額請求になってしまうのでは？？と不安になりながらも記載の電話番号に電話したがつながる音すら鳴らず、現地のホテルの方にかけてもらったが、同じく鳴らず。。結局what’s up というアプリをたまたま知っていてダウンロードしてあったので、使った事ないのにそこから電話かかってきて、名前を名乗ってもオーナーなのかよくわからない返事。電波が悪く、つながる切れるでまたよくわからない番号からかかってくる状況。結局その電話番号をホテルズドットコムのチャットでやっと知り、オーナーで間違いないとまた連絡。 そんなこんなでチェックイン2時間以上不安な時間でした。 部屋に案内され、(色々質問。Wi-Fiパスワードは聞けば教えてくれる)親切でしたが最後にサービス料を請求されました。。両替してなかったので、ほんとに少額で勘弁してもらいました。 そしてアメニティがほぼ何も無い(トイレットペーパーが)なく、近くのスーパーで買い帰国の際寄付、シャンプー、歯ブラシ、ボディーソープ、スリッパなし、バスマットなし、フェイスタオルなし、ハンガーなし) あったのはバスタオル2枚のみ、洗濯洗剤、洗濯機、ドライヤー、アイロンはあり、 お風呂のお湯でない 電気、所々つかないところあり 慣れてる方は問題無いことなのかもしれません。。？ それをわかってて広い部屋、良い立地、長期滞在するには良いと思います。
