This was truly a wonderful experience! I hesitated about staying in a 'hotel' that was not conventional and with limited front desk hours. This place exceeded our expectations and made our stay in Montreal that much better. It was like having our own apartment right in the heart of the city. So conveniently located, extraordinary accommodation and very pleasant and helpful on-site staff. We appreciated the regular communication from the property to ensure all was well. Amenities were top notch. We have been converted and this will be our go to place in Montreal!

We loved the split level, spacious layout. It made the space feel open and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and kind. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. To top it off, the location was perfect for navigating old Montreal on foot. Many great coffee shops and restaurants just minutes away! One of my favorite hotels - and I spent nearly 40 years traveling for work.

Unsure how they score 4 stars here…barely a hotel. Apartment was spacious, and location was great. Apart from that, no amenities…no parking, no valet, no housekeeping, no pool. For the price, would expect more. Better to simply stay at the hotel across the street.
