This is an incredible brand new high techy techy hotel with amazing staffs. Sophie from reception was extremely helpful as you could wash your clothes for free. The breakfast lady was incredible and ensured we had enough food. The WiFi was so far the best we had since we got here. Kind and attentive to details, staffs will try to assist as they can. There's even a mini convenience store with free coffee...all surrounded by sublime view of the city...oh and I forgot the Japanese toilet....pure bliss 😊. Highly recommended. I think the hotel is underselling itself as its by far nicest hotel since we got here. Great location and the coffee shop opposite is great too. Great people,...wish there's more things to do in Andong so we could have extended our stay. Check in was all automated self checking...a first for us...especially for someone who has travelled to over 84 countries..staying in many hotels...this was great for its cheaper price. If we ever come back to Andong, this would be our first choice without a doubt. I rarely write that long or even sometimes forget to submit a review after a stay but I had to for this particular brand new hotel. Look no further as this is perfect.
