Stayed as a family for 2 nights visting Cobham and location attractions. Great location, lots of local amenities, food options and free parking included. The hotel room itself was very dusty, unclean and had a musky smell. Shower tray in the bathroom was broken and wobbly toilet seat. Put clothes down on the bathroom floor to have a shower, only to pick clothes back up covered in dust. Spoke to reception to ask if room could be re-cleaned, this did not occur. Cold shower for the first morning was advised boiler had tripped overnight and should be ok in 30 mins, but too late by then as heading out for the day. Breakfast was nice not too busy and lots of options available as you would expect for a budget hotel but nothing special. Have stayed here previously a year ago, feel hotel has gone downhill slightly. Probably would stay somewhere else next time. However suited our needs in terms of location and price.

The family room we stayed in was riddled with bed bugs so we had to be moved into 2 separate single rooms as there were no family rooms available. I don’t know how this wasn’t picked up by house keeping as it was all over the double bed! Apart from that everything was fine but basic, you get what you pay for. Breakfast was decent, full English with a few cereal options and fruit.
