Free parking assistance was a great advantage, and the Turkish bath was excellent. Breakfast with sea views, birdsong, and passing boats created a wonderful start to each day. Professionally managed by an attentive owner and manager, with a friendly and helpful team. Clean rooms, great location, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.

A Wonderful Choice for Families Complimentary parking and a last-minute upgrade to a spacious family room made our stay even more enjoyable. The room consisted of two separate bedrooms, both with beautiful sea views—perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We were informed in advance that the Heritage Hotel has no elevator, which was understandable given the historic nature of the building. The staff were extremely helpful with our luggage throughout our stay. Breakfast was served in the main building and offered a rich selection of fresh, homemade products, enjoyed with stunning views of the Marmara Sea and the historic Bukoleon Palace. The spa facilities were also located there and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and Sultanahmet Square. Clean rooms, breathtaking views, warm hospitality, and a family-friendly atmosphere made this a memorable stay. We would happily return and highly recommend it to families visiting Istanbul.

Having free parking available for our car was a big advantage. The open buffet breakfast was very rich and delicious, and the complimentary coffee was a lovely touch. The hotel’s location is truly excellent—we were able to reach everywhere easily. They were also extremely attentive when it came to cleanliness. The Turkish bath experience added an extra level of enjoyment. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

Ücretsiz (ama sınırlı) park imkânı bizim için önemli bir avantajdı. Geniş balkonlu, bahçeli ve deniz manzaralı odamız son derece konforluydu. Türk hamamı harikaydı. Deniz manzaralı kahvaltı salonunda sunulan zengin açık büfe kahvaltıyı ve güler yüzlü personeli çok beğendik. Merkezi konumu ve huzurlu atmosferi sayesinde oldukça keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Temizliği, profesyonel yönetimi ve misafirperver ekibiyle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir otel. Tekrar geleceğiz.
