This was my second time staying here, and the room I was assigned was much better than my previous one. It was bigger, and the hot water in the shower worked well. The only downside was that there was still no shampoo provided.

It was difficult to communicate with the reception staff if you don't speak Portuguese. The standard room was very small and didn't have enough space for me to fully open my carry-on suitcase. Breakfast had a great variety of options, especially the fresh fruit, which I really enjoyed. It also took a while for the hot water to come through.

O hotel em sim é bom. Mas a região onde ele se encontra é muito barulhenta. Há muitos bares em frente com som muito alto. Para quem quer ir descansar, não é uma boa opção. Já para quem não se importa com barulho, é um bom lugar pois, é próximo de muitos pontos turísticos.

Gosto do Hotel. Chuveiro bom para tomar banho e cama confortável. O café da manhã é bem simples mas atende. Não possuem opções light, integrais ou similares. A semana inteira que estive lá serviram as mesmas coisas, sem variar. Ovos mexidos, bem aguado por sinal e sem sabor, molho de salsicha, três sabores de suco porem todos artificiais, bolo só de chocolate, pão de sal, bisnaguinha, pão de forma tradicional presunto, mussarela, Café, leite e iogurte, que era gostoso. Haviam três opções de frutas, mas sempre as mesma... Mamão, melancia e banana. Mas está localizado em uma região bem localizado com farmácia, sercados e bares e restaurantes. Perto do metrô e de fácil acesso a várias regiões turísticascde São Paulo. Vale a pena.

Gosto do hotel, já me hospedei algumas vezes, mas nesta última estadia não foi agradável. O quarto 705 que fiquei hospedado estava com cheiro de esgoto vazando do banheiro, o primeiro serviço de quarto que pedi, praticamente não foi realizada nenhuma limpeza, apenas arrumaram a cama e todo o restante manteve sem limpeza. Outro requisito que me incomodou bastante foi o barulho realizado pela equipe da limpeza durante as arrumações dos quartos, conversas altas, batendo porta e arrastando cama. Poderiam ser mais silenciosos, pois normalmente quem se hospedado tira a parte do dia para descansar e repousar.

Quarto pequeno, sem janela para o exterior do hotel. TV só sintonizava 1 canal. Ar condicionado só ventilava. Serviu pra mim porque só utilizei para dormir. Para passar o dia não atenderia. Compensa apenas pela localização, para quem vai andar pelo Centro. Caso contrário acredito que haja opções melhores pela faixa de preço.
