Very nice hotel and very close to the bus station, only needed to walk over two bridges which skirted the train station. The front desk staff was accommodating and our room was quite nice on Floor 2. We appreciated the sparkling water machine in the lobby. It's not near the hubbub of activity of San Marco but so what? Take the Line 1 Water Taxi from the train station and enjoy the Grand Canal.

This hotel was amazing. Great location on the canal…not in the tourist area but close to the People Mover and Tranchetto, if getting on a cruise, and water taxi right at the door. The ambience was old world classy. Breakfast was a great way to start the day and evening appetizers were great. A/C worked perfectly and room was roomy and comfortable. The service from the desk staff was excellent. English spoken everywhere, but who doesn’t love to say Buonjiorno. We would DEFINITELY stay again!

We were beyond impressed by this hotel’s hospitality and welcoming atmosphere. The welcome drink in the garden was so relaxing after traveling all morning. The evening appetizers were appreciated and delicious. The room was spotless and beautiful. It has a safe in the room if you choose to use one(we did). We did not have any issues in the 2 nights we stayed and reception and the garden waiters were so kind and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would return here again.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The understated quality was evident from the moment we checked in when we were invited to the garden for a glass of wine whilst the check-in paperwork was done and our bags taken to the room. The happy hour, the helpful staff and the breakfast were superb. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be within walking distance of the beach tourist sites but still have a sort of oasis to which to retreat.
