I can’t recommend Gaja Rooms highly enough. Even before arriving, the owner, Demet, was incredibly helpful with tips and advice. The place feels newly refurbished; the rooms are spacious, spotless, and tastefully furnished, and I only regret staying for just one night. The location is ideal—set in a very quiet part of the old town, yet perfectly placed for exploring the city and easily reaching great restaurants, cafés, and pubs. Kara Korugu is a very clean and cute inn with the most pleasant and considerate staff we have encountered on our trip. The breakfast was amazing as they went out of their way to produce the most delicious dishes for us to enjoy in their sunny breakfast nook and garden.

Very kind staff. We needed some paperwork to be printed out and they were very accommodating. We'd recommend them again.

Clean and charming room with a balcony overlooking the bay and town. Super nice and helpful innkeeper who also spoke English. Very good breakfast in top floor dining area with big glass windows and views in all directions. Also a great location in the middle of the old town. If you drive, talk to them first before trying to navigate to the hotel.

Convenient location, special hotel with tasteful interior, helpful owner and staff with delicious breakfast. The beach is also very enjoyable with great food, sea and staff.

Otelin temizliğinden ve özellikle banyosundan gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. Her şey oldukça temiz, düzenli ve bakımlıydı. Çift olarak konaklamak için de gayet güzel ve huzurlu bir otel. Ortam sakin, çocuk sesi veya gürültü gibi rahatsız edici bir durumla karşılaşmadık. Dinlenmek ve keyifli vakit geçirmek isteyenler için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Tekrar konaklamaktan memnuniyet duyarım.

Hotel was clean, staff personnel was very helpful and smiled. Breakfast was perfect. Beach club was also very good and staff helpful. Beach club and hotel was 1 km distance. Beach club entrance was free to hotel guests, prices in beach club a little above average

I really loved my stay! The owners are very kind and the breakfasts were my favourite part of the day 😊 Great location with cafes, restaurants and shops close by. Nestled in the old town with beautiful buildings and close to the water front. Very clean and nice rooms. Thank you for a great time in Ayvalik, I would love to come back!!

The Green Mansion is a perfect name for this adorable little hotel. The room was very clean and the bathroom appeared recently updated. The garden was perfect for the delicious breakfasts and late night homemade lemonade. It is easily walkable to nearby restaurants and shops. I would stay here again if in the area.

Probably one of the best boutique hotels that I stayed at. Staff and owner are genuinely interested in their customers' well-being. Overall: exceptionally good
