Amei a estadia. O quarto estava super limpo e as camareiras passavam todos os dias para saber se precisávamos de algo. A equipe de funcionários sempre prestativa. O Café da manhã foi ok, mas achei que faltou um pouco de variedade mas super suprio as necessidades, apenas achei confuso a forma que eles tem de organizar quando fazemos um pedido iara cozinha de omelete ou tapioca, confuso para os funcionários que tem que rodar o salão procurando onde é a mesa que o hóspede está, como trabalho com mapeamento de mesas em eventos pude observar esse detalhe que para os hóspedes não influencia tanto.. rsrsr mas me incomodou sabendo que poderia ser de uma forma mais prática para a equipe.rsrsrsrs O estacionamento é bom junto com o do shopping mas todas as vezes que estivemos para deixar ou pegar o carro nunca tinha ninguém e algumas orientações não nos foram passadas e fomos descobrindo aos poucos mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a experiência. Olá, a estadia foi razoável. Foi nossa terceira estadia no hotel e sentimos que caiu a qualidade, pois é um hotel de alto padrão. O controle da tv estava com defeito nos botões, não dava para selecionar os canais. No café da manhã, minha esposa pediu uma tapioca e não entregaram, algo que nunca tinha acontecido. Então acho que qualidade caiu bastante.
