Gostamos muito, a única ressalva é que a internet não estava funcionando bem, o que relatamos no check out. Pessoas com mobilidade reduzida devem avisar no momento da reserva, pois há aptos no prédio de trás,então há uma longa caminhada da recepção até chegar ao prédio. Nada que prejudique, mas pensei em alguém que eventualmente não tenha facilidade de locomoção. No mais, é excelente. Localização perfeita para quem quer aproveitar a cidade de Santos, e o comércio local.

Hotel muito bem localizado, no centro da cidade, e próximo a praia. Os funcionários são muito prestativos. O estacionamento fica na rua de trás, no estacionamento do shopping Miramar, e é cobrado por dia, não tinha me atentado a isso. O café da manhã é gostoso, bem completo. O quarto é espaçoso e limpo. O chuveiro do banheiro, achei fraco a pressão. As amenidades de banho são ótimas. No geral, voltaria novamente, e recomendo.

Ponto negativo ficamos na Torre Panorama tem que subir até sétimo andar cruzar a ala bar e piscina inteira pra poder pegar um segundo elevador e aí descer até o quinto andar, péssimo!!! Check Out lotado em pleno domingo apenas 01 atendente, ruim!!!

A estadia foi razoavel para uma unica noite. O hotel está bem caído, precisa de reforma geral, tirar bidê velho do banheiro, substituir os tapetes velhos rotos e muito encardidos dos corredores dos andares. Portas do quarto rotas e velhas. Banheiro sujo com cabelos e pelos no chao. Pebolim, mesa de ping pong e sinuca velhos. Café da manha com frutas passadas O estacionamento no shopping é muito bom e pratico e considerando a media dos hoteis de Santos, isso faz toda a diferença na escolha. A eswuipe de funcionarios muito simpatica.

A hospedagem foi muito boa, somente tivemos problemas para usar a piscina, que não estava funcionando o aquecimento, impossibilitando a utilização devido à água gelada e o clima mais frio.
