We had an wonderful time a Hotel Bernina. We were close enough to walk to the center of everything but in a quieter part of town. The view from our balcony on the 3rd floor offered a view of the valley and mountains. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing and we also enjoyed the meal service for the evening. The wine list had some super options. It was a wonderful experience and we'd select the hotel again.

Cozy and friendly

The staff was usually very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts and dinners were really nice and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The only downside was that the bathrooms appeared a bit old; however, they were still functional with nothing broken. All in all a very good place.

ho soggiornato iin questo albergo durante un giro in moto con amici siamo stati accolti cortesemente dallo staff otttima posizione sia per raggiungere il centro del pausa sia gli impianti sciistici in invero forse avrebbe bisogno di qualche ammodernamento ma tutto sommato è stato un soggiorno confortevolo discreta colazione a buffet

Preis-Leistung stimmt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Ski-Bus hält direkt vor der Tür. Einziger Mangel, es gibt keine Heiz-Vorrichtung um die Skischuhe über Nacht trocknen zu können.

Purtroppo dopo 12 ore che eravamo arrivate mi e' giunta la chiamata che un mio parente stretto era stato ricoverato in ospedale a rischio di vita quindi abbiamo dovuto ripartire la mattina successiva di corsa Giustamente la camera ce l'hanno addebitata ma almeno la cena ce la potevano risparmiare.......invece addebitato fino all'ultimo centesimo.... Purtroppo non tutti abbiamo lo stesso riguardo nei confronti dei propri clienti e qui non tornerò più
