The room was clean and spacious. Although the hotel is a bit older, everything is well maintained. The staff is very helpful and give support very quickly. The buffet restaurant is excellent with a very large selection of food and desserts. The staff also take care of used plates vert quickly. We had a Japanese style room with a speechless mountain Fuji view,we were lucky to see it clearly both days of our stay. The onsen is well organised,clean,they provide all the amenities. Both breakfast and dinner is buffet with a big variety of Japanese and western dishes,everything is very fresh and good quality. There is a bus from Odakawa station that leaves you 5 min from the hotel.

It was an amazing stay! It is tough to get to from Tokyo but they have a 3 day pass that lets you on all the buses,trains,sky lifts and boats that it is seriously worth it. The buffet here is a 10/10 and the robes are amazing. The onset is clean and friendly overall a great atmosphere.
