Beautiful property and location. We met the friendliest and most helpful staff. Room was very comfortable and equipped with basic amenities. Things to take note of…no bell service, several steps to front door and reception desk and some rooms. No pool but the nearby beach (shuttle service available) is wonderful.

Hotel Panorama has a good location within walking distance of town, which made it easy to explore the area. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, and unfortunately I was given a room on the lowest level, so the sea view was not quite as spectacular as I had hoped for. There are also quite a lot of stairs, which can be a bit inconvenient if you are travelling with heavy luggage. That said, I still enjoyed my stay overall.

Let me start with saying that the staff was absolutely amazing. At the reception desk and also in the restaurant area. Nothing was as a problem and they were very helpful. Location was also not bad, about 7 mins walk from the beach. However that’s where the positive points end. The hotel room we stayed in was for disabled access, but wasn’t well maintained. We couldn’t lock the room, the bathroom was catastrophic, water leaked everywhere, there were holes in the wall, dirt in the corners, the furniture was old knackerred with key missing. The view was onto what looked like a building site. I would not say this was a 4 star hotel by any stretch of an imagination. Based on the room we were in Three at best. No WiFi code in the room, the welcome pack looked like it’s been chewed up, and the smell in the room was not great either. We stayed one night and I would NOT stay any longer. If you like club med from the 90ties this may be your vibe. But please rest assured this IS NOT a 4 star hotel!!!!!!! I wouldn’t stay again. Sadly.

Siamo passati tre giorni bellissimi. Tutto lo staff gentilissimo. Collazione e cena di altissima qualità. L’albergo non ha piscina ma non si può andare a San Vito lo Capo per stare in piscina - bisogna godersi la spiaggia e l’ambiente molto gradevole. Torneremo più presto possibile.

Sehr unfreundlicher Empfang. Zugewiesenes Zimmer war nicht geputzt und noch die alten schmutzigen Handtücher vorhanden. Nach Reklamation wurde die Wäsche gewechselt aber der Rest des Zimmers nicht geputzt. Immer noch deutlicher Schmutz auf den Ablagen und verdreckte Spiegel. Ich bin definitiv nicht besonders heikel, aber dieses Hotel war das schlechteste Gesamtpaket, dass ich in den letzten Jahren hatte. Es ist definitiv kein Viersternehotel, sondern verdient maximal zwei Sterne. Auffällig ist auch wie die Stimmung unter den Personal ist. Man sieht kein Lächeln und kaum Zusammenarbeit. Die Abläufe sind extrem kompliziert und ineffizient. Das Hotel hat insgesamt vermutlich ein gröberes Management und Führungsproblem. Positiv ist die Lage des Hotels und auch der Umfang des Frühstücks.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per tre notti. Struttura un pò datata ma nel complesso efficiente, pulito,a breve distanza dalla spiaggia,posto silenzioso, un pò spostato dal centro ma comunque da lì non lontano Si potrebbe migliorare la manutenzione del bagno in camera( che comunque si vede che è stato rinnovato).Ottima la colazione .Nel complesso buon servizio .Ci siamo trovati bene.

Struttura del tutto inadeguata per un 4 stelle. Stanza piccola e bagno piccolissimo (2mq)!! In stanza un televisore 20’’ appeso alla parete; climatizzatore rumoroso che, peraltro, ha smesso di funzionare. No servizio in camera, no aiuto per bagagli e appena si arriva ci sono due ripidezze rampe di scale. No, sicuramente non è un quattro stelle, a mala pena tre.

Tre giorni di totale relax.

Ottima esperienza. L'albergo è stato recentemente rinnovato, le camere sono confortevoli e dotate di una terrazzina con bella vista sulla baia di San Vito lo Capo. La spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, comunque è anche disponibile il servizio di collegamento tramite pulmino, ogni ora. Nell'offerta, inoltre, era incluso il servizio spiaggia con ombrellone e due sdraio, che abbiamo molto gradito. Ottima l'aria di parcheggio interna, tanto più apprezzabile dal momento che tutte le aree di sosta sono a pagamento (esoso) fino a mezzanotte. Colazione nella norma, ma servita in una bella sala ricevimenti con ampio panorama. Personale cortese ma non invadente.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Lage ist ausgezeichnet (knapp 10 min zu Fuss zum Strand, Restaurants usw), ruhig und sauber. Einziger Minuspunkt war das Wlan, welches in den Zimmern fast nicht funktionierte.
