Very modern, clean and secure. We had a wonderful experience staying at this location. We could see gondolas going by our windows and the apartment is perfectly located around shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. The host and assistant were very friendly and helped us book a watertaxi from the train station to the apartment. It was very relaxing.

One of the best places that I've stayed. The apartment was lovely and well equiped. It has clearly been recently renovated to a very high standard. The location was great for getting out to explore Venice whilst feeling quiet and secluded at the same time. The canal view really adds to ilthe stay. My children loved watching and waving to the gondolas as they passed. I would highly recommend staying here.
