clean room, friendly and location was great

10/10 Exceptional

From the moment I checked into the hotel, I felt safe. The building was tidy and the common areas always looked clean.Jul. My room was more spacious than I expected, and the internet connection worked flawlessly throughout my stay. I was able to work comfortably in the evenings and did not experience any interruptions during my video calls. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the room had everything I needed. The staff were always polite and helpful; they gave good recommendations about places to visit in the city. Thanks to its central location, I had easy access to public transportation and many tourist attractions. When I think about the service offered, it is a hotel that definitely deserves its price. If I come to Istanbul again, I would prefer to stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night and was overall very satisfied. I had some questions before making the reservation, and the staff answered them quickly and politely. Check-in was also quite easy. In my opinion, the hotel's biggest advantage is its location. I was able to walk almost everywhere during the day, and when I returned to the hotel in the evening, I found a much quieter environment than I expected. This was a major plus for me. The room was clean and was checked regularly every day. The staff were friendly at every encounter and promptly helped me whenever I needed them. The service I received was absolutely satisfactory considering the fee I paid. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to those who want to visit Istanbul and are looking for comfortable accommodation in a central location.

Very disappointing experience for the price. I booked a room with a balcony but didn’t get one. 😩 There was no water for a whole night, the bed and kitchen sink were dirty, the hairdryer didn’t work, and I found a cockroach in the bathroom and dead insects in the room. I stayed for 5 nights, but the room was never cleaned and the towels were never changed. The staff were nice, but the overall experience was very poor.

At first we didn't get the room we booked. When we complained, in the third day we got the originally booked family room. (Room No.502) The room was very old furnitured and small for a 4 person family. Beds were creaking so loudly that you woke up in the night. Under the beds dust is everywhere. My daughter found a handy fan under it. (She was happy about that). But what the most dissapointed was, the bathroom. The tiles were covered with thick mildew. From up to down! The front desk guys were between 20 and 30 yerars old. I don't think that they are the owner, but they are responsible too for the facilities and the cleaning of the rooms. They speaks English only a couple of words. We needed to use Google translator. But it can be mentioned that they were very helpful. Houskeeping is available, only if you ask. Otherwise no everyday cleaning. Air con. and wifi worked fine. All in all, I wouldn'd recommend it.

İstanbul’a yeniden geldiğimizde ilk seçeneklerimizden biri olacak.

Temiz ve sorunsuz bir konaklama geçirdik. Buraya ödediğiniz paranın karşılığını kesinlikle alıyorsunuz. Personeller çok ilgili. Otelin konumu harika.

Check-in işlemi hızlıydı, odalar sessiz ve rahattı.
