Absolutely stunning views and incredibly helpful staff! The team at the desk helped me to book a last minute tour from the day. It was so sweet they would address my by name. The hotel es beautifully located, all rooms have the view. The pool are and terrace are splendid. The best thing of all is the staff. Daniel even paid our parking ticket out of his own pocket! We of course refunded him but that is really going the extra mile for the client. Ana and Daniel prepared great drinks at the bar. Hugo and Daniela served us dinner with professionalism and gusto! I spent a few days at this hotel during my trip to Portugal and it was truly unforgettable. The rooms were exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The bar was excellent (Hugo - thanks so much for great wine suggestions and amazing drinks!), and every meal at the restaurant was delicious (bravo to their chef, Joao!). Most importantly, every member of the hotel staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made the entire stay warm and relaxing. I want to highlight the restaurant crew: Joao, Hugo, Miguel and Maria and reception ladies! All of them are true professionals and amazing people! This hotel is officially rated as a four-star property, but in my opinion, it deserves five stars. My family and I would definitely love to come back!

My family and I had a fantastic 3-night stay at Delfim Douro Hotel. The room was immaculate, spacious, and featured a very comfortable bed with high-end linens. Every one room with a cute balcony. The front desk representative went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh options to start the day with a good mood. Dining at our hotel was a delightful experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional, the staff was attentive and kind. The elegant atmosphere provided the perfect setting for a relaxed evening. The location of the Hotel is unbeatable. Wonderful viewing the beauty of Nature we were admiring from the terrace and balcony. The way the colors blend into each other is spectacular; it looks like a painting. We had an unforgettable experience and will absolutely be staying here again.
