Liked the property - Good staff & location, but spa perk not honored. I stayed at  and overall liked the property. The hotel is clean, good location in Fira (10-15 min walk to center), and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was regarding the spa. On Hotels.com it showed a spa perk included for all members as part of VIP / booking perks, but at the hotel they did not mention it at all. When we asked, they said it's only a 20% discount on spa, not the free spa access that was listed in the Hotels.com perks. I wish they had honored what Hotels.com advertised or explained it clearly at check-in. Otherwise property is good value.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, beautiful facilities, excellent home made breakfast with many different choices. We also enjoyed beautiful pool area and as a VIP Expedia member, we got complimentary SPA treatment which was outstanding. This place was excellent. The staff went above and beyond. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful no matter what the request. Breakfast was included and prepared daily by a very polite grandmother. There was a divider that provided privacy between the two beds in front with the larger one in the back room which was nice. Walking distance between the hotel and town.

Great location, walking distance to main square of Fira and local bus station to get around. Shower was a bit small and the room doors were old and sometimes didn’t close all the way.
