Location was amazing. Staff was good but nothing overly helpful. Didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment. Overall a great clean property but no amenities.

The hotel is well sited and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast room is a bit pokey and the offerings are limited. Our suite was huge and well equipped but the TV in the bedroom wouldn't work. All of the hotels in Portugal that we have stayed in supply 2 bottles of water per day. Here we got one on the first day then none, on a 5 day stay. We could buy a bottle from the mini bar for 3 euros though. Our suite could also use a coat of paint.

Booked this hotel very last minute and it was really good! Located in a pretty central part of Lisbon, it was easy getting around by walking or taking the bus/train. Would stay here again.

Our check in was fast and easy and we were grateful to be able to check in a little early when we arrived from our flight. The room was nice and accurate to the description and photos online. The location was great for walking and exploring the city centre. We specifically picked this hotel for its location, rooftop bar and restaurant next door. We were really disappointed at check in to find out the rooftop bar was closed, as well as the restaurant next door. The rooftop closure should be noted on their website.

Most excellent stay! The lobby, rooms and amenities were all above pair! The staff was helpful, friendly and extremely v professional. The location was right in the middle and was walking distance from ALL the places we wanted to visit, yet was away from the noisy nightlife. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!!!!

The hotel's location is excellent in the heart of the old city and within walking distance of most tourist attractions. The rooms are pleasant and clean and the staff is very nice. Paid parking is available in a parking lot near the hotel. I will definitely come again and highly recommend the hotel.
