The room was beautifully appointed, impeccably clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything you need for a lovely stay is there including coffee for the morning and a small fridge for the amazing desserts in town. Will definitely stay again, highly recommend!!

A great place to stay very close to the railway station and the old town. It is in a beautiful old building and the room was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. The only criticism I would make is it was difficult to find as the building is used by other businesses and it wasn't clear where the entrance to the hotel was, however, we would definitely recommend it as a place to stay in Kraków.

Great location: walking distance from the main station and old town. No taxi needed. Staff very helpful. Simple modern decor. More than average space. Comfortable bed. Clean. Great place for couple nights in Krakow.

Super location, clean room, next to main train station, and shops at Galleria, close to Old Town (5 mins). Bed mattress was too soft.

Well I turned up at 9.15am to drop my bags off but the staff member was really nice and let me check in because the room was ready. Room was spotless and looked very newly refurbished, great amenities and also great location especially for the station. Would definitely recommend!

We had some unwanted noise from the adjoining room, but otherwise we had a truly lovely night in Kraków again. We will return to Central Palace again in the future.

This hotel is wonderful. I was shocked because I have been passing this building every time I am in Cracow not knowing there is a hotel upstairs. There are Starbucks and famous Polish cafe Lajkonik downstairs. Located sitting walking distance to both the shopping mall, train & bus station and old town. The hotel is super clean. You could eat from the floor :) the staff is very professional and nice. Also, good price. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is perfectly situated five minutes walk from the train station and ten minutes from the main square. The room was large, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend, if we ever return to Krakow this will be the first hotel we’d look to stay in!

A localização do hotel é ótima, o quarto é super espaçoso e aconchegante. Também é bem silencioso. O wifi tem um boa velocidade. Acho que super compensou pelo preço, voltaria a me hospedar aqui sem dúvidas!
