The hotel could have been a good experience, but it is not worth what you pay. We booked two identical rooms, both listed as a deluxe double room with private bathroom, but we were given completely different rooms. One matched the category much better, while the other was clearly inferior — more like a basic hostel-style room than a deluxe hotel room.
We reported the issue from around 3:40 p.m. The receptionist was kind and clearly tried to help, but the hotel was fully booked and could not offer a real solution. Still, it is not acceptable to pay for a deluxe room and receive something that does not match the booked category.
The hotel asked us to send an email to review the case, but four days have passed and we still have not received any response. Poor value for money and very disappointing complaint management. I would not recommend it.
