Love having a suite with separate bedroom and living/kitchen area! Needs a remodeling (stained hallway carpets) and especially a plumbing update (leaking shower in swimming pool area, that caused the wall to be soaked; the bedroom shower faucet has a tiny leak). Breakfast is average but adequate. Very clean bedroom and facilities and the swimming pool is very clean! Management is very responsive when we asked for replacement of microwave and housekeeping requests. I will stay again as the price is just right.

The trip to Champagne was good but the stay at the Hotel was not what we expected the bathroom was not as clean as it could have been the food was not good. The Hotel needs an overhaul. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I love🙏

DO NOT STAY- it’s a bait and switch. The rooms are not what they look like online at all. There is no elevator, there is a bullet hole in one of the glass doors to a hallway, and random people just “hanging out”. The room smelled of smoke and very musty. We were only in the room for a few minutes but couldn’t handle the smell. One of the phones didn’t work to call front desk. Loud noises could be heard while we were in the room and a man just sitting in the hallway on a milk carton who made us very uncomfortable. We asked to check out but that don’t go well either. Go ANYWHERE else.

The person who checked us in was personable and attentive. The room was not clean. The sheets were dirty and had a brown stains. The shower did not drain and filled up with water and the shower curtain was dirty. There was a loud mechanical noise coming from the bathroom. The couch was stained and dirty. The carpet had sticky spills scattered throughout. When we visited the front desk to discuss the problem the staff member was on her mobile phone and made us wait 5 minutes to address us. We were told we needed to speak with a manager and they would call to discuss. We never received a phone call. I called again to report the issues and requested a refund and was told that would not be possible and that I should have addressed this while I was there. I did address my concerns and met with zero resolution. Very disappointed.

Currently undergoing refurbishment that, when completed, will make this a really nice hotel and great bargain. I would stay there again, but would recommend a better explanation from the front desk that the rooms - which are down a long corridor in what is essentially another building - would be more easily accessed by driving and parking near that building's door.
