I stayed here for two nights, one night each two weeks apart, thus I had different rooms. Both times the staff was very accommodating to early and late arrival times. They were very kind to thus weary traveler. The beds were very comfortable, showers refreshing, Nespresso in the room. I was always greeted with a smile, I would base myself here again in a heartbeat.

I would have given the fifth star if they had better food at the restaurant and the breakfast. The dinner we had in their restaurant was awful, I am a Chef and for a hotel of this level you should really consider upgrading the quality of your food as it was of the poorest quality I have ever had. The breakfast choices were very poor and of low quality for the amount they charge. I don’t suggest eating here at all. Beside this everything else was magnificent and the staff was amazingly very polite and helpful especially Uzzy he was the best. One more thing expect your room key to not functioning properly during your stay, you will need to go down to the front desk to get a new key, we had to do it four times. Please check this issue as it is very annoying. Thank you

We stayed seven nights at this centrally-located Buenos Aries hotel. The room was very comfortable, very clean, with an excellent bed, great shower, and well-stocked with amenities. The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful, accomodating, and warm. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great five star hotel in Ricoleta, Buenos Aries!

Not only is the hotel lovely, conveniently located, and in a safe walkable area, but the customer service at this hotel is outstanding. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Alexis and manager Luis at the front desk, we were treated like valued guests. The concierge, Belen, was so helpful and knowledgeable. Bellman, Uzzy, was so sweet and helpful too throughout our stay. We can’t recommend this beautiful hotel enough. We will definitely be back.

Nice hotel, pretty new, and room is very clean. Most are positive. Only one thing that one small drink ordered from pool costs $26 US dollar. That's just seems way to expensive.

What i loved about my stay is the service. Everyone was so helpful. My son asked if we were their favorite customers! I dont know if we were there favorite but we were treated as though we were.

The Recoleta Grand is undergoing renovations. It had a few hiccups. But they were resolved immediately by a friendly and efficient staff. It will end up looking beautiful. And the location couldn’t be better. We will definitely be staying there in our next visit to Buenos Aires!

This is an exceptional hotel, I highly recommend the Recoleta Grand and would book again if I was to come back to BA! It’s in a great spot which is super easy to use as a base for exploring the city. The room/amenities were fresh and luxurious, we asked for a later check out which was accommodated without issue. Breakfast was impressive with great variety and inclusions. The service here is particularly wonderful. The staff every morning at breakfast were super attentive and pleasant. A particular shout-out to Hugo who made an awesome first impression when we arrived and gave us such a friendly and warm welcome to the hotel and our room, helping with our bags and all sorts of questions. Last and not least, we found this to be awesome value for money. The hotel is new and it seems that they will open more eating and drinking venues in the building imminently which will make it even better. Highly recommend.
