Great hotel in a lovely part of Rome, very convenient to walk to all the main attractions. Lots of nice places to eat nearby. The hotel was clean and comfortable lovely staff always happy to help with enquiries. Very nice breakfast in the room, a good start before a day of exploring the city. While I was originally looking forward to my five night stay at this hotel, I had to leave on the second day at 10:30pm and find another hotel nearby due to bugs in my bed. I was given the opportunity to switch rooms, and requested a new clean sheet to put over the new bed, but twenty minutes later there were bugs on this bed as well. The staff member confirmed the bugs and was very understanding about my reasons for leaving. Thankfully, another hotel was able to accommodate me. While the staff member was kind and helpful, the manager/person answering the hotel’s email refused to refund for the nights I did not stay, with video proof and a message from their employee. They claim the rooms are cleaned and treated monthly, but in all the years I’ve been traveling I’ve not experienced bugs in or on the bed.

Room was fairly clean. Shower had a bit of mold but rest of the place was spotless. People were really nice. If you don’t like stairs this is not the place for you. But if you don’t mind that it was wonderful. Breakfast in bed every morning was a great touch. And delicious. I would strongly recommend and will be back.

The location of this property was amazing. You had so many restaurants within walking distance. You were in the heart of a young, hip, atmosphere in the evening. The room looks just as pictured, and the balcony was wonderful. My favorite part was the high ceilings. Breakfast was always prompt, and the staff were so helpful.
