Location: The best thing about the hotel. I love walking up and down the street outside. Short walk to the boat and bus. Room: Good size room. A bit difficult with the suitcase. A bit small bathroom. AC didn't work. Don't know if it was because it was broken or they haven't started it yet. It was ok at night still, but if it is warmer you need the AC. A bit noisy with the window open during night. Breakfast: Ok. Would have liked a coarse alternative to the white bread. Overall an ok stay.

La posizione è fantastica. Il personale è professionale e disponibile. Le camere molto pulite, silenziose e luminose. La colazione molto buona, aggiungerei magari qualcosa di salato per chi ama la colazione continentale, ma comunque ottimi i cornetti alla crema e i cappuccini! La cucina del ristorante è eccezionale, di alta qualità e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. E i camerieri davvero gentili! Noi siamo stati ospiti dell hotel con un bimbo piccolo e siamo stati accolti come in famiglia! Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio!

Nice hotel, perfect location

Nice hotel, perfect location. It was spoilt by on arrival being told we had no room, they were full, and then that our booking had been cancelled. This obviously upset the family and panicked them. After nearly 1hr trying to sort this, another member of staff arrived and showed us to our room??!!! Otherwise hotel was great, rooms were clean and reasonable size. Although the three 4ft x 1ft steps in the bathroom were unexplainable!! The hotels restaurants are open to poetic license, they are more public than hotel private. Worth a stay, would revisit.

Hotel nella via centrale di Ischia, vicino al porto e al capolinea dei bus che portano in giro per l'isola per cui se si arriva senza auto la posizione è eccellente. personale estremamente disponibile e pronto a dare qualsiasi genere di informazioni. Colazione esclusivamnete dolce (cornetti, ottime graffe fatte in casa. WIFI presente solo alla reception; nelle camere spesso non c'è campo ma ritengo che la situazione non sia insormontabile. Nelle camere c'è aria condizionata oltre che le pale a tetto. Bagno privato con doccia provvisto di phon e kit doccia. Nell'attiguo ristorante "Da Raffaele" si mangia molto bene...buono il pesce buona la carne.
