The rooms a quite run down, the price is low, but in Europe or the US this would not be considered above average. Close to the conference, so that was OK.

Liked the hotel- clean, staff friendly and the restaurant is good. The VIP access was not good. 100 pesos which $5 is not much. Not really VIP.

It was a nice hotel a couple of blocks from downtown Queretaro. I did not like the rooms having carpet. The restaurant did not have vegan options for those of us who do not eat meat. The VIP amenity was not great either.

Excelente opción en Querétaro. Muy agradable, excelente servicio, cuenta con restaurante. La comida excelente y el precio razonable. Camas confortables. Habitación amplia y con todas las amenidades. Enfrente de la alameda, a escasas cuadras del centro. Muchos lugares cercanos.
