SECONDA VOLTA IN QUESTO SPLENDIDO HOTEL VERAMENTE BELLISSIMO. MOLTO DELUSO DALL'ASSISTENZA RICEVUTA PER UN PROBLEMA CON L'ELETTRICITA' IN CAMERA. L'ADDETTO ALLA RECEPTION ERA PIU' PREOCCUPATO DEL PROBLEMA PER L'HOTEL CHE A RISOLVERE IL PROBLEMA A NOI CHE DOVEVAMO PASSARE LA SERATA IN CAMERA SENZA RIUSCIRE A VEDERE LA TV E SENZA LUCE, PER FARE IN MODO CHE LA LUCE NON SI ACCENDESSE DA SOLA NEL PIENO DELLA NOTTE. HO CHIESTO LA MATTINA DOPO PERCHE' NON CI AVESSE FATTO CAMBIARE STANZA, VISTO CHE ERA PERFETTAMENTE A CONOSCENZA DEL PROBLEMA GIA' CAPITATO DI RECENTE AD ALTRI CLIENTI. LA RISPOSTA E' STATA CHE ALLE 22 LA RECEPTION CHIUDE E QUINDI ERA IMPOSSIBILE FARLO. ALLIBITO ME NE SONO ANDATO PERCHE' RITENGO CHE IN UN HOTEL DEL GENERE NON SI POSSA RICEVERE UN TRATTAMENTO DI QUESTO TIPO. A PARTE QUESTO LA TV IN STANZA ERA PIENA DI POLVERE E NON ABBIAMO MANGIATO BENE COME LA VOLTA PRECEDENTE, CIBO DEL RISTORANTE PIUTTOSTO MEDIOCRE. MOLTO BUONA E VARIA LA COLAZIONE CON MOLTI PRODOTTI DEL TERRITORIO. BELLISSIMA LA ZONA BENESSERE ANCHE SE DOVREBBE ESSERCI ALMENO UNA PERSONA PREPOSTA VISTA LA PERICOLOSITA' POTENZIALE DELLE SAUNE SEMPRE IN FUNZIONE.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, Guter Wellnessbereich, freundliches Personal, Parkplätze in der Garage etwas eng, gutes und reichhaltiges Essen

8/10 Very good

Good family and spa hotel in lovely location

Our family had a great time here. Staff were good with the kids and there's a nice mix of kids activities and adult spa and relaxation. Food was generous and healthy and value overall fine. There were a few minor annoyances - restrictive pool hours, automatic lighting and difficult to decipher aircon in room but all in all we had an excellent visit.
