We had reservations for a room with air conditioner only to realize that the AC doesn’t work. Anyways staff did accommodate us to a room located in ground floor with room cooler and fans. The room was not in its best shape but it was cleaned every day. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would give the staff 5/5 and every thing else was meh.

We travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but people should know what to expect before booking this hotel in the summer. Avoid staying here during the warmer months. The hotel has no air conditioning, and the rooms become unbearably hot. They provide a fan, but it's so incredibly loud that it sounds like a helicopter running in the room. You have to choose between sweating all night or trying to sleep through the noise. We ended up doing neither—we barely slept. Our kids even said this was the worst hotel they've ever stayed in, and we've traveled extensively around the world. A good night's sleep is one of the most important parts of any trip, and unfortunately, this hotel completely failed in that regard. The location may be convenient, but it simply doesn't make up for the lack of basic comfort. If you're visiting Paris in the summer, do yourself a favor and book a hotel with air conditioning.

Property doesn’t disclose some rooms require access via a ladder to the bedroom. Not all facilites advertised were in the room and when provided were not clean No smoke detectors. Bedroom in reclaimed roof area so exit via ladder and 2 flights of stairs in emergency.

The junior suite is not a suite, it’s a tiny room with a mezzanine. The mezzanine (bed) can only be accessed by a steep ladder which will require the occupants to be young, fit and agile. The bathroom is tiny and not convenient, only skinny people will be able to use the shower which will not accommodate anyone wearing more than a L size. There is no room to place any big piece of luggage.

We could not even check in but the hotel still charged us for the stay. Due to our delayed arrival in Paris, I booked this hotel online at 11:30pm on the same day to spend the night. Our family paid for the Uber ride to the hotel, only to find out the property receptionist wasn’t there to let us in. We could not even check in or get into the hotel. I called the after-hours phone number. Someone picked up and told us that the property manager could not be reached. After two hours waiting for Expedia to speak with the hotel management, we were told that we could not check-in after 10pm. The listing on Expedia let us book without any issues. My husband, I and our two young children, ended up having to walk around Paris at 1am to find other hotels to spend the night. This was an apartment, not a hotel. The ‘hotel’ name was misleading.

立地も、設備も、応対も最高。 パリに飛行機で来て、電車でボルドーに行く旅程だったのだが、CDGからも1本、モンパルナス駅へも10分足らずですばらしく便利。 ダゲール通りは素敵なお店がたくさんあり、そこで買った食材をちょこちょこ料理して食べるのも最高。 エアコンが壊れてたのだけ残念だが、すでに程よい季節（9月初旬）だったので実質問題なし。

Suite absolument merveilleuse pour 5 personnes, personnel arrangeant, nous n'avions pas les mêmes informations entre le site de réservation et le site de l'hôtel sachant que nous arrivions tard pour notre check-in. Un peu en retrait de la route donc très intimiste et discret, l'hôtel se trouve à quelques pas de la gare Montparnasse et c'est un vrai plus. ùJe recommande vivement

Une belle déception pour cet hôtel, qui n’en est pas vraiment un finalement, plutôt une sorte de gîte avec plusieurs chambres. Le ménage n’était pas correct, notamment dans la salle de bain (du gel douche qui coulait de partout dans la baignoire, la javel était encore dans la cuvette des toilettes…). Je trouvais que l’on était très loin du standing d’un 4 étoiles. Un pauvre ventilateur mobile en guise de « climatisation ». On se sent très à l’étroit dans cette chambre, et la promiscuité des lieux (couloirs serrés, cour intérieure…) fait que l’on n’a pas de grande intimité

Entspricht überhaupt nicht der Darstellung auf Expedia. Zimmer sind schmutzig, die Treppen extrem eng und gefährlich. Toilette winzig, keine Parkmöglichkeiten wie angegeben. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert.

Luce bonito, tiene personalidad pero las escaleras lucen descuidadas, no hay ascensor para un segundo piso con valija. El wifi solo funciona en el salon, en el baño y la habitacion no hay cobertura. En la habitacion en el atico, las vigas impiden aprovechar el espacio. Sofa viejo y sillas con huecos en los soportes. Quizas buena idea para una pareja joven pero no merece 4 estrellas para ir de negocios

Wir haben einen normale Suite gebucht, aber das war keinen Suite sondern einen Sehr schlechte Dachgeschoss Wohnung in sehr Alte Gebäude und jeder Seite ( Schlafzimmer, Küche, Badezimmer usw….👎) musste immer bogen sonst kopf an Dach getroffen ……Aufpassen kein Suite! Die Einzige Vorteil hat nur einen Parkplatz pro Tag 25€. Unsere Paris Besuch war spontan zwischen unsere Urlaub und unterwegs gebucht, sonst hatte nicht bei ankommen akzeptiert! Das Preis war nicht wert, da keinen normale Suite gewesen wenn mann sitzen duschen muss oder von Bett aufstehen, krabbeln soll!!!!
