Great location and the staff are wonderful. The breakfast is good but need to add some western food such as hash browns, muffins or crumpets. Overall I love The Rani. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping mall close by. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I will return. The only recommendation is the pool - I was unable to use the step ladder and was unable to swim. Steps into the pool would be ideal. The internet needs to be improved and possibly change the tvs to smart tvs.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel with nice breakfasts. The pool is great very inviting. With full blackout curtains, it was so easy to sleep in. Only negative was the signs that curtains need to be replaced very soon.

We were looking for a quiet break. We achieved that. This Hotel is well located with a number of outlets within 5 minutes waking. Service from staff and team was absolutely outstanding, very happy with the pool. Only real downside was the mattress in the room. Apart from this, everything would have been excellent.
