We had a great stay! The room was clean and had a microwave and mini-fridge. We loved the balcony too. We enjoyed the cocoa and popcorn in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable. We will be back.

Location, price & parking in Santa Cruz, need I say more. A solid basic motel room with parking included. The grab & go breakfast was okay. We had no problems and would stay again. Our son is at UCSC, so having this close by and a reasonable price worked for us.

It was a great stay with all the basic needs provided. From clean bathroom, towels, toiletries, coffee and a lot more with an affordable price. The hotel is not as fancy but just enough to provide your basic needs and it’s clean. I’m not rich and with a hotel like this, it’s more than enough. Please don’t raise your price even if you guys have a great review. Hotel like you is what we’ve got for a simple traveler like me. I appreciate your management for thinking about people who can’t afford clean and fancy hotels. Please continue to keep it clean and affordable.

Great staff and clean rooms. Breakfast foods were restocked often. Only strange thing was sheet metal skirt around bottom of bed. Funny noise when you accidentally kick it! I highly recommend this place.

Clean and cute property very close to the beach. Free parking is nice but spaces are tiny. Breakfast was good but bananas both days were overripe and nearly spoiled and staff knew this, they should have bought proper fruit to replace it instead of putting it out. This had nothing to do with the property but a domestic dispute involving police and emt made sleeping hard one night.

The location was ideal as it was right next to the Boardwalk and our IronMan activities. Parking was available and wi-fi and breakfast were included. I thought it would be noisy from the rides, but couldn't really hear it in our room with the patio door and window closed. There was an issue with the TV which the staff tried hard to address - in the end we realized it was a Comcast issue. Beds were fairly comfortable, though metal bed frames were interesting. Was less than a mile walk to the downtown area for more restaurant selections though I wouldn't walk it alone at night. Still, all in all, a good place to stay.

The room was great. Excellent location to the Boardwalk. Less than a block away. Room was nice and clean. Comfortable for a family of 4. I’m not sure how other rooms are but I wish the body wash/shampoo dispenser was o note back wall of the shower. I knocked mine off twice with my elbow. After the boardwalk closes, there are taco trucks right across the street so you can grab a great meal before you head to your room for the night. Awesome stay.

I love that the place is close to the Boardwalk. Perfect when you have kids so it’s easy to go back to the inn when the kids are tired from walking. The rooms are clean and they have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soaps already in the room. Staff are available. Parking was easy when we went, we were there exactly at 3pm. Breakfast was ok,waffles and bagles,I wish they had more choices but overall,it is ok. The only area maybe to improve on is maybe have the rooms ready by 3?We went on a Tuesday but still had to wait. Will go back again though. Thank you to all the staff

Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We especially loved the balcony with views of the Boardwalk, including the Big Dipper and the log ride. The location is fantastic—within easy walking distance of both the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and the Wharf. The complimentary continental breakfast had a nice variety, including oatmeal, cereal, waffles, bagels, toast, hard-boiled eggs, fresh fruit, and breakfast bars. They also offered coffee, juice, and other morning beverages, plus fresh popcorn available throughout the day, which was a nice touch. The room included a good-sized mini refrigerator, microwave, and single-serve coffee maker, making our stay even more convenient. The bedding and towels smelled fresh and were exceptionally clean. The only improvement I would suggest is for Room 311. The air conditioner was quite loud, and the window could use a blackout shade. The sliding glass door already has one, but adding a blackout shade to the window would make the room even more comfortable.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
