Check in was fast but when we went to the room It was not cleaned up from the previous guests House keeping hadn’t cleaned yet. So we had to go back to front desk with 2 small children and luggage to request another room. With technology today there is no excuse to send someone to an ready room No towels at pool

The pool had broken down. My boyfriend had to show them how to turn the water off. And they still continued to allow people to use the pool. When we asked about if they fixed it the next day the said yes when we could clearly see it had not been fixed… continued to allow people in pool for 48hours unfiltered before allowing people to go across the street to use there pool. Will never stay at this hotel again!

The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The selection was small and most things were empty and stayed empty. The worker didn’t seem very motivated to fill anything as she was on her phone in the back room. The waffle maker had stuff all over the bottom and the waffle batter itself was quite dry. I don’t usually expect much from a continental breakfast but this was terrible

Was told we were smoking in the room when my friend smokes outside and I am a non smoker and they would be keeping the $300 deposit I don’t even know why the deposit was $300? I haven’t ever been charged that much before but I had already pre paid for the room and couldn’t afford to cancel the room. Then upon checkout I was told the deposit would be held for 3 business days? Every other hotel has always released my deposit right away. The bathroom sink was clogged and no one could fix it for us during the 3 day stay I guess no maintenance on during weekends.
