The hotel is perfectly located, on the beach and close to the local markets. The property is in good shape, room was clean and had a spacious shower and bathtub. The rooftop swimming pool was nice and had a view of the shoreline. Breakfast buffet had good options. Food ordered from room service was very good and so was the SIA restaurant. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Everything was literally perfect. All of the staff were incredible. I would 100% return! Breakfast was solid, but the real stars for food are both restaurant options. Excellent options(but make sure you make a reservation for SIA asap!).

The hotel was nice. Service was good and breakfast was great. A little frustrated there was no coffee maker in the room. A little frustrated that we couldn't use our free coconut water pass at the pool and only downstairs in the lobby. A little frustrated that they weren't a couple of bottled waters in the room. Perhaps these are amenities that us Americans have become accustomed to. In my line and thinking though, you don't charge people for water at the pool. Water is essential and there should be something provided that people can get plastic cups off to stay hydrated. I don't know though, good hotel and a nice day.

Hotel Praiano has a truly unique staff — helpful and happy at every turn (thank you, Ryan, Sergio, and Pedro!). The Sia Restaurant was outstanding, with a beautiful view, attentive servers, and delicious food. The oceanfront ice cream parlor was a wonderful bonus, too. We also appreciated the kindness of the staff stationed at the main entrance. This hotel truly has a happy, healthy atmosphere.

We had booked a Suite for a brief holiday stay. Sadly had a few issues: the room was not ready on time and we were not offered any refreshments to make up for this; the suite was tiny; bathroom also tiny with toilet crammed next to the shower wall - hard to use. Price was however reasonable. Overall an ok stay.

The fact that we were asked to pay for Parkinn immediately and not after we check out, was not right. This hotel uses 3rd parties for the parking, the restaurants. I do a lot of traveling and I love to stay in Brazil. I have spent many nights in Fortaleza the last five years. The Priano is the best hotel I have experienced in Brazil. The location is perfect--literally a 25 yard walk across the street and you have access to miles of white sand and turquoise water. My sea-view room was gorgeous. The staff could not have been more solicitous or pleasant. The pool setting was beyond words. A rooftop pool where you feel literally like you are swimming in the sky. The food was exceptionally high quality at their restaurant. I had some of the best meals there---filet mignon, delicious shrimp, and regional cuisine. Gostoso! I recommend the Priano without hesitation.

Crítica: não podemos utilizar cortesia de bebida na área da piscina. Durante houve muito barulho, pareciam móveis arrastando. O pior serviço/experiencia que já vivenciei. Fiz uma reserva para passar apenas uma noite em Fortaleza, com o objetivo de no dia seguinte ir para Cumbuco. Fui coagida a trocar de quarto (downgrade) por conta de um simples detalhe, que o quarto que reservei no site constava para 3 pessoas e no hotel não foi informado que na verdade era para 2 pessoas (sendo que em nenhum momento tiveram 3 pessoas no quarto, uma pessoa entrou apenas para se trocar e ir pro aeroporto, 12:00 PM e a outra chegou 02:00 AM). Fiquei até as 04:30 da manhã explicando pro atendente, que não quis se identificar nem colocar por escrito a situação que estava passando, que foi um erro do sistema e ninguém tinha informado em nenhum momento esse detalhe mesmo eu perguntando se realmente era pra 3 pessoas, mostrei o print da reserva como prova. Não indico de maneira nenhuma esse hotel que nem deveria ser classificado como hotel. Os quartos são péssimos e os “profissionais” que trabalham no hotel não tem a menor boa vontade em absolutamente nada. Em especial, o atendente que debochou no momento que estava tentando resolver a questão do cadastro da “ terceira pessoa”, que disse que não iria de forma alguma, mesmo não tendo 3 pessoas no quarto, deletar o cadastro da ocupante momentânea que já tinha feito o check out por volta de 12:00PM, e adicionar o novo ocupante do quarto, dizendo que por ele ele ficaria ali a noite toda e não iria resolver absolutamente nada.
