The room was decent but suffered from some frustrating design flaws. Most notably, the shower door opens outward, which consistently floods the bathroom floor. Additionally, the bidet attachments were turned off, which management noted is the case for all rooms.
Service and maintenance were other major weak points. The front desk staff ranged in their helpfulness, and overall, the standard was quite poor compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Greece and elsewhere. Housekeeping was especially inconsistent: used glasses were removed but not replaced, our room wasn't cleaned at all on Sunday, empty tissue boxes were ignored, and the shower gel was left to run out completely. To make matters worse, our TV was broken and went unrepaired for two nights despite the issue being reported and investigated.
On the positive side, the hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the beach is excellent. The breakfast buffet also offered plenty of variety, even though the food quality was just average.
