The hotel is located in a great area. Accessible to transport and restaurants and shopping. Staff are helpful. Provided with a room in a quiet location. Bathroom was compact but clean and in good condition. Plenty of space in room. A mini fridge would make a great addition. Great place to stay.

Plus points: convenient location, charming old building, helpful cleaning staff Less good: small bedroom and tiny bathroom, stains of humidity in shower roof and tiling joints. Very humid building, no lift.

The room was clean, and had air conditioning. Limited storage place, & could do with more hangers. Staff helpful when checking in, but only one said hello or good bye as we walked through reception during our stay.

10/10 Exceptional

A small hidden gem in downtown Bordeaux, just steps away from the Place Gambetta. Very intriguing how the old thick stone walls gave a comforting feel, and how well they paired with the inside and the tasteful setup. The old stairwell alone is awesome! Definitively high on my list of places to stay for my return.

Excellent location. A very nice classic French hotel with charm. Small room and bathroom by American standards but quite normal for France. Good A/C. A nice place to stay and would come again.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was perfect for our stay. We stayed for 5 nights and had no issues whatsoever. The location is incredible, not too far to walk to the tram stops and all the shops. Also lots of places to eat around the hotel.
