The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. They were kind and helpful and Marco was especially exceptional. They go out of Their way to make you feel like a valued customer and almost like family before you leave. Can’t say enough good things bout the hotel & staff and it’s a very quaint and clean the Bavarian style hotel. Highly recommend staying there.

Excellent modernized Gasthof

From the outside it looks like an ancient guesthouse, but the inside has clearly been extensively renovated to include many modern comforts. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our suite had ample room for the 6 people in our family, with a bathroom for the kids and a separate master bedroom and bath for the parents. The area was quiet and the staff were very helpful and generous.

Das Zimmer war schön, leider gab es oben im Geschoss ein Fenster das man nicht verdunkeln konnte, somit waren wir immer früh wach. Gereininigt wurde unser Zimmer in den 3 Tagen nie. Wir haben aber auch nicht reklamiert. War ok. Waren überrascht, dass unser Hotel 'Schleuse' hiess. Zuerst gar nicht gefunden und waren auch auf falschem PP. Die Dame am Empfang war nett und hat uns den Weg zum Zimmer erklärt. Lage war super und die Gegend vom Hotel sehr schön.
