Comfortable and Convenient

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple but comfortable. Cleanliness was the one area where the hotel fell short.

This is a relaxed, comfortable hotel located smack in the middle of Provincetown, within easy walking distance to everything, yet it's somehow quiet at night and had its own parking lot. Amazing!

Great place to stay mid week if you are just spontaneously heading to ptown to beat the heat. I'm a big fan of a tuesday/wednesday in ptown, and Pilgrim house a 5 min walk to the ferry, is so central to shopping, shows, morning yoga at the yoga joint. Staff is very helpful.

6/10 Good

The Pilgrim House is centrally located, making the stay convenient. We enjoyed the restaurants, art galleries and shopping. It was a bit pricey for just a room. The furniture was cheap but the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The staff did help us but it didn't have that cozy B&B feeling. It felt more like a dormitory.

Great location and good access.

I have always loved the Pilgrim House as a place to stay. The rooms are clean and the pace is comfortable. It could use a facelift but certianly that would never deter my staying there. Very comfortable and accessible to everything in town. Drawbacks: When booking be aware the parking fee is $85 per night plus taxes which is higher than most cities and it is not listed anywhere on their site or on the booking site. Second: They also have a two night minumum.

Great Stay

The staff was very accommodating. We always try to stay at the Pilgrim House when we go to PTown. Iti s right in the middle of town.
JAMES, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Right in town, this place is a gem. Easy access to restaurants and the dock and the staff was outstanding.
Gary, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Nice decor with friendly staff and comfortable bed. Not very sound proof as we heard a lot of steps from above but it did not bother us that much. Also, we wished there was coffee in the morning but again there are many cute and delicious cafés really nearby.

2/10 Poor

If you have any issue be aware there is no staff onsite to help resolve anything. They don’t care.

Very disappointed

I was looking forward to my 3 day stay in Provincetown to visit friends from across the country and was so disappointed in my stay at Pilgrim House! Service was less than desirable. Difficult to find staff available to ask questions or assistance. Did not have hot water for showers both mornings of my stay. Told staff and no comment or compensation for inconvenience. Waited quite awhile to check in, no staff available. No coffee offered in morning. Room was very noisy.
Colleen, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent attention and hospitality from the staff, convenient and close to the ferry docks in center of town.
Pablo, 2-night trip

I had a fantastic time here. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Hope to visit again soon. Rooms were also perfect.
Anthony, 2-night trip

Great clean rooms and location
FRANK, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Had a great time. We were off season so not much was available for the menus for dining. Staff was scarce as well. But as I said it was mid February. Would definitely book here again.
James, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The gentleman behind the desk, José, was fantastic, professional, accommodating. The room itself was fairly barebones: no mini fridge, no coffee maker, no hot water kettle. Additionally, there was a lack of transparency around parking that could have been addressed numerous times via my inquiries by email and phone ahead of time, and more importantly, online. Parking in PTown is challenging for everyone, but when there's a lack of communication from the hotel, as was the case here, it erodes the respite factor of the stay. Communication needs to be improved, for there are other accommodations that go out of there way to ensure a connection prior to arrival.

Expect Early Departure

It’s okay. It’s convenient to downtown Provincetown. Mattress was super hard. First time there the room was much nicer. They try to nickel and dime you. For example, it’s not clearly stated that they have an early checkout time of 10am and when you request a normal time of 10am (which they consider “late”) they charge you at least $25 more.
