I had a room for the night which was cosy, clean and a great ensuite. I didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on that. The guesthouse is very close to the Royal Cresent and only a 7 minute walk from the centre if Bath. I would recommend a stay.

Clean rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Several parks/green areas nesrby. 15 - 20 minutes walk to town center, and also a bus stop just outside. Breakfast is very good! Many stairs and no lift, so not recommended for guests who have problems with stairs.

Great location! Close to everything. Staff very helpful. Rooms were clean. Unfortunately, the rooms were on the second floor and even though we were seniors, there was no one to help us with taking our luggage up and down. It was very stressful.

Nice Victorian guesthouse in beautiful Bath

We had a great time at the Brooks Guesthouse. It's a very nice Victorian house, very well preserved and decorated. The people who work there are very friendly and helped us with practical issues. They serve an excellent breakfast. Our only complaint is that the folding sofa-bed in our room was too hard.

Easy to get to from the train station, via walking or bus. The atmosphere here was very nice, the common room felt quite welcoming, had some board games and some comfortable chairs. Getting around Bath from here was great. Bath is an extremely walkable city, and there's a lot of convenient restaurants within a short distance. The room itself was really nice, I'd say quaint. Seemed well decorated and clean. Staff were friendly. I only ate breakfast once just to try it, and it was good. Was a perfect place for a nice relaxing few days in Bath.

Steep stairs. Attic room where I bumped my head in both bathroom & room.(I am 5’8”). Food was excellent. We only stayed 1 night but I felt we were overcharged. Breakfast definitely should have been included.
