The twin room we had was small, the shower door would not close tightly, and the water was either warm or very hot. They did not clean our room once, even though we left the "clean" sign on the door from early morning until late evening. The hotel is very close to a metro station, and the breakfast buffet is very good with many choices. It is not a bad hotel, but it is too expensive for what it offers. The room was very humid because they stop the AC when you are not in the room.

Right in the heart of Lisbon, next to the main round about of Parque de Pombal. Hit the breakfast buffet before heading out. The variety of choices and freshness are all worth it. Friendly dining staffs especially the young man who opens the door and greet you with great enthusiasm. Our room had great view of the park. And the roof top bar is a must do to see a 360 view of the city, the bar guys are very friendly too. Lastly, we arrived in the lobby around noon. The room was not ready and we fell asleep while waiting. But, as soon as the room was ready, a young gentleman woke us up and gave our room key. We intend to visit the city again and when we do.. we’ll stay with HF Fenix.
