This property has three assets. First and foremost is location, which is excellent. The second is price, which is roughly half of any other adjacent property. The third is a very comfortable bed. There are also some deficits to the property, but none are severe and most align with the price. For our purpose of coming over to Salamanca for one evening it was just right.

Disaster from the start to the end. I wrote to the hotel a month ahead to reserve a parking spot and explained that we are senior and unhealthy people and parking on premises is very important. They answered with detailed description of how to reach the hotel and get the parking key. So I was sure, that it's arranged. But when we came, we were said - no parking spot for you, look wherever you want. The receptionist demanding that we should take car away ASAP. We found parking at the hospital far away from the hotel. The receptionist offered small discount in leu of parking, but she didn't understand that for us it was not a monetary issue. If they answer to my email that there is a parking problem, we would cancel and reserve another hotel. Absolutely unacceptable. No breakfast. Tiny room on the top floor without elevator, under the roof, very low roof shaped ceiling. Windows are just skylights, you can't open them. Climate control didn't work - was extremely hot. USB ports didn't work. Ordered two beds - got only one. All of this -for old fragile couple. Expedia should stop dealing with this place

Un hôtel bien situé, à deux pas de la Plaza Mayor. Personnel très professionnel, la chambre faite tous les jours et très propre. Malheureusement mal insonorisé, le bruit va dépendre des voisins de chambre, du jour car bruit extérieurs quand les gens sont en fêtes.

Nous avons adoré!

Nous avons été reçu par Lyis, et ce fut une très belle rencontre. Il nous a expliqué tout ce qu’on pouvait faire et voir dans le centre de Salamanca. L’accueil était vraiment très chaleureux. Le logement est dans le centre de Salamanca, près de toutes les attractions historiques, des magasins et surtout, à deux, pas de la grande place où tout se déroule. C’est très vivant, et malgré tout, pas vraiment bruyant. Nous le recommandons à 100 %. Attention avec le stationnement, c’est important de communiquer avec l’hôtel pour vous indiquer des endroits où on peut se garer, car l’hôtel en tant que soi, et dans un endroit piéton.
