This hotel was lovely. The lady on reception was very helpful and accommodating when we arrived late from a flight. The whole hotel was extremely clean rooms, corridors and reception area. The room was very comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel needs a refurb. The rooms are good and have the facilities that you need but things are a bit dated. We had a couple of issues but the staff dealt with them brilliantly. With some imagination this could become a go to place. Put a restaurant in, provide breakfast even if it's only continental. The hotel is only a ten minutes walk into Andover. The hotel has good parking facilities so with some TLC could do well.

Decent parking and a short drive from the town for restaurants and pubs. Hotel had a good shower and a decent tv in the room. Bed wasn’t the best and the air conditioning turned off every 10 mins or so. It’s a decent hotel is you need a place to stay for a budget.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were larger than I had expected. Plenty of parking available. The staff were friendly and check in and out we're very quick. The aircon in our room didn't work and the mattress wasn't luxurious but the hotel was great value for money

Good stay for the price. Although states there’s a restaurant, there isn’t. The restaurant has not been serving for a year. Room in the house was clean spacious and tidy. Air con unit and tv all in working order. Hot drink facility available however if you enjoy a mug, bring your own. Ironing facilities available in the room. All in all a pleasant stay

Arrived staff on reception very friendly booking in very quick, the room we had was very clean and the air conditioning was very efficient which was necessary as temp.was 80c. Their is no restaurant in the hotel but their are a number of places to eat near by. Although we were next to the reception there was very little noise. The car park is large and there is also an overflow car park. Although facilities are minimal this is reflected in the price which I considered reasonable. I would use this hotel again.

Very basic offering and could do with a serious remake. Most of the areas I had visibility of were tired and a little grubby. On the upside, in the unusual heat the room had air conditioning and I was very comfortable during the evening bed and towels were clean and fresh. However as mentioned the carpet in the room was grubby and overall cleanliness in the bathroom was not great. Good enough for a budget short stay.
