This is the second time I stayed in this hotel, but I won’t be returning anymore. Here are the pros and cons of my experience: Pros: the staff is exceptional and always ready to help! The location is amazing: near great restaurants, the beach and other attractions. The pool area is very nice and the breakfast is also good. Cons: the hotel needs serious renovations. In my 7-day stay, my room was dirty, the toilet bowl was clogged for 4 days in a roll, the air conditioning needed repair twice, the TV was not working for 2 days and finally had to be replaced, the cable TV signal did not work well, there was no access to Netflix or other steaming services on the TV (i wanted to use my own account), the shower water was dripping all over the bathroom floor (the bathroom was always full of water) and they couldn’t fix it, the towels were tiny and not very soft. I felt sorry for the nice staff who had to fix my room all the time. I paid more than I would have paid for other hotels around just because of the pool, but it’s NOT worth the price.

Pænt hotel udefra men nedslidt og dårlig vedligeholdelse indvendigt. Værelser nedslidt og dårlig vedligeholdelse, dårlig lydisolering vel nærmest ingen lydisolering, terasse dør der ikke kan lukkes ordentligt, åbning på 1-2 cm når den er lukket, ingen læselamper ved sengen, dårligt malearbejde over det hele , morgenmaden var fin dog den dårligste appelsin juice jeg har smagt, kun ikke drikkes, har tidligere været 5 stjernet Hotel, men er blevet 4 stjerner og jeg vil mene 3 stjernet Hotel idag , det virker til, at man prøver at holde niveauet oppe på noget det var en gang for 20 år siden uden held , tager diverse arrangementer ind, hvor man inddrager restauranten til for eksempel en ungdomsfest med høj musik, bare for at tjene penge, ikke noget der hører hjemme i en restaurant om aftenen , maden i restauranten var generelt god kvalitet

Latterligt at skal gå med et Blå armbånd for identifikation når man har forladt hotellet, jeg har jo mit værelse kort. Hotellet virker nedslidt, dårligt malearbejde, kedelige nedslidte værelser, dårlige døre til terrassen, gangene virker beskidte, mangler lys ved sengene, en dårlig nedslidt lampe på skrivebordet og ingen appelsin juice til morgenmaden, de siger selv 4 stjerner men svært at sige 3 stjerner
